M&J Mfg. Co. Inc. was founded in 1968 by brothers Joseph and Matthias Soehn after arriving from Germany to the USA. Still remaining a family business, combined with the longevity of its personnel, M&J prides itself on its trained personnel and the standard of quality that it has implemented and asked of its employees. With over a million dollars invested into quality control equipment and gaging, M&J offers precision machining capabilities with tolerances as small as ±0002. With our resources and personnel, we are a machine shop that can handle orders of any size, small, medium, or large, without compromising the quality of any project.

We take special pride in our relationships with outside engineers to help advise and advance their projects to assume the most cost-effective approach without compromising the integrity of their product. Our 50+ years of machining experience guide us through all kinds of materials; from aluminum extrusions, sand casting, die casting, and investment casting to solid material work from plastics, such as peek and Delrin, to solid aluminum and every kind of solid steel, included all stainless series. We have also assembled and installed many PEM-style, Heli Coil and Rivet Nuts in projects where applicable. We have a rich vendor list of vetted outside suppliers and services, allowing us to take part from its infancy billet stage and offer numerous metal finishing processes to meet your final drawing specifications.
